This high-performance primer is specifically designed to penetrate deeply into porous substrates such as concrete and cement. It strengthens the base, enhances adhesion for subsequent layers (e.g., epoxy middle coats, PU topcoats), and provides effective moisture and dust resistance. It lays a strong and durable foundation for industrial and commercial floor systems.

Recommended Applications:

Ideal for priming floors in: Industrial workshops Warehouses & underground garages

Commercial & retail spaces with frequent foot or vehicle traffic

Interior cement or concrete floors requiring epoxy or PU coating systems


Key Features:

Substrate must be: Clean and dry ,Free of dust, oil, grease, and loose material

Use 1-2 coats depending on substrate porosity

Recommended application tools: roller, brush, or airless sprayer

Ambient temperature: 5°C-35°C (41°F-95°F)

Relative humidity: ≤85%

Recoat time: Generally 4-6 hours (depending on temperature and ventilation)
