Scope of application :

This high-performance primer is specifically designed to penetrate deeply into porous substrates such as concrete and cement.It strengthens the base, enhances adhesion for subsequent layers (e.g., epoxy middle coats, PU topcoats), and provides effective moisture and dust resistance. It lays a strong and durable foundation for industrial and commercial floor systems.

Application Conditions:

Substrate must be: Clean and dry, Free of dust, oil, grease, and loose material

Use 1-2 coats depending on substrate porosity

Recommended application tools: roller, brush, or airless sprayer

Ambient temperature: 5°C-35°C (41°F-95°F)

Relative humidity: ≤85%

Recoat time: Generally 4-6 hours (depending on temperature and ventilation)
