Applications process :
1.Surface Grinding & Cleaning - Ensure a crack-free, oil-free, and smooth surface.
2.Water-Based Epoxy Primer Application - Enhances adhesion and durability.
3.Topcoat Application - Apply 2-3 uniform coats to create a wear-resistant, dustproof surface.
4.Curing Process - Allow 48 hours before heavy use.
Important Notes :
· Do not apply on rainy or humid days.
· Stir the floor paint thoroughly before use to avoid sediment.
· Prepare the surface: clean the floor, keep it dry, and Ensure the surface is dry, even, and free from oil or debris.
· Do not mop, scrape, or place heavy objects on the floor before the paint is fully dry.
· Keep the barrel sealed and store in a cool, shaded place.
Transportation & Storage
· Floor paint is non-flammable and non-explosive. It can be transported as general goods. Avoid direct sunlight and freezing during transport. If the temperature is below 0°C, insulation measures should be taken.
· Store indoors in a well-ventilated, cool place above 0°C. Storage temperature should not fall below 5°C.
· This product is non-hazardous, non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly. It is safe for transport.
